STARONEVSKY –
FASHION DISTRICT

Each european capital has its owm district dedicated to fashion, where history meets modern culture and newest trends meet its roots. Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore in Paris with its classic haussmannienne facades, rare hotel de ville and the most famous boutiques (both french and international); Via Montenapoleone in Milan, with its breathtaking store fronts and stylish customers; New Bond Street in London — has its all.

Each street has its onw character, just like the part of Nevsky avenue (from the Alexander Nevsky Monastery to the Vosstaniya squre), known as Staronevsky. Here, in 1998, the first Babochka boutique was open. It was a start St. Peterburg's own fashion district.

It attracts customers who not only appreciate shopping, but also value the atmosphere: 5-star restaurants, art-programm, good infrastructure and convinient location — close to central but fuss-free. In conclusion, the developing fashion district is exactly what St. Petersburg needs: intelligent, peaceful and perfectly fitting in historical city layout.
